Kalki Koechlin sings 'La Vie En Rose' for daughter Sappho

Mumbai, May 26 (IANS) Actress Kalki Koechlin has shared an Instagram video where she croons the classic "La Vie En Rose" for her daughter Sappho. She renders her interpretation of the popular Edith Piaf song on a ukulele.

" 'La vie en rose' Sharing our interpretation of Edith Piaf's sweet love song with a little improvising from Sappho," Kalki captioned the black-and-white video.

Kalki's friends and colleagues from the industry loved her adaptation of the iconic love song.

Ayushmann Khurrana's wife, filmmaker Tahira Kashyap, wrote: "This is so so beautiful".

Actress Sayani Gupta wrote: "Oh my heart! I just cannot wait to see her."

Tillotama Shome commented: "Oh mama oh kulks my heart just got so happy, like leapt and did a small dance."

Sobhita Dhulipala said: "This is so so sweet."

Kalki and her boyfriend Guy Hersberg welcomed Sappo in February 2020. She had previously married filmmaker Anurag Kashyap in 2011 but the two separated after a couple of years.
