Vijesh B. 5/11/2015 Member of PortlandIndian.com City: Lake Oswego Housing Community: Hunt Club Apartments	Hi allIam new to this forum. I am recently moved to Oregon. I wanted to bring my family here. Unfortunately, we couldnt take passport for my son who is 3.5 yrs old now as i have moved to US. Authorities in india need my presence for his passport or i shd get a letter from embassy here. Iam not clear with the formality. Can anyone help me in this.
