Kadahi Paneer : Indian Food & Cooking Recipes

Ingredients
1/2 lb Paneer
1 medium size green bell pepper
1 medium size onion
2 medium size tomatoes
1 teaspoon chunky chat masala
salt according to taste
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
4 oz heavy whipped cream
oil to fry

Cooking Instructions
Slice bell pepper,onion,tomatoes as thin strips.Try to dice them in same shape and size.Dice paneer as small cubes.Put some oil(only enough to fry) in the pan .Fry bell pepper,onion and tomatoes.one at a time and take them out in a plate.Now put all the fried vegetables in a pan on medium heat and sprinkle chunky chat masala ,garam masala and salt on it mix it properly and add whipped cream to it. Heat it for 5 min,till it comes to a boil.Serve hot with nan or roti.
